The Aqua Fission Technical Sports Division, established by TTL USA Inc. in cooperation with NPL, is dedicated to identifying, supporting, and fostering the long-term development of exceptionally talented young people in technical sports.

Our mission goes beyond traditional sports sponsorship. Our goal is to create genuine development opportunities for young talents whose abilities, commitment, and performance give them the potential to reach the international elite of their respective disciplines.

For us, support means more than financial contribution. We strive to create a professional and international environment in which young athletes can gain access to professional technical resources, engineering expertise, international competition opportunities, as well as the professional networks and support necessary for their long-term development.

Technical sports represent a unique intersection of human talent, engineering performance, technology, and innovation. These same values define the philosophy of Aqua Fission and TTL USA Inc.: continuous development, technological innovation, precision, performance, and the pursuit of goals that once seemed beyond reach.

For this reason, the Aqua Fission Technical Sports Division is not focused exclusively on motor racing. Our long-term objective is to support young talents across a range of technical sports in which exceptional human performance is closely connected with technology, engineering expertise, and innovation.

Through this initiative, the Aqua Fission Technical Sports Division aims to establish the foundation of a long-term talent development program in which TTL USA Inc., in cooperation with NPL, brings together the technological mindset of Aqua Fission with the ambition and talent of the next generation.

Péter Nemes

"I am an engineering and operations leader focused on hydrogen technologies, energy systems, e-mobility and industrial innovation.

My professional experience covers complex engineering projects, from concept and development through implementation and operation. I have worked across hydrogen technologies, fuel cells, PEM electrolysers, energy storage, gas systems and electric mobility, with a strong focus on turning innovative technologies into practical industrial solutions.

Alongside my engineering career, I am actively involved in motorsport through NPL APEX. I am the manager of racing driver Ádám Hideg, supporting his professional development, driver management and strategic partnerships as he progresses toward the next stages of his career.

My approach is built around engineering thinking, strategic partnerships, long-term development and performance — whether the challenge is an industrial energy system or a young racing driver's career.
